Senior Consultant for the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Assistant Professor from the School of Medicine University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan.
During the last years Dr Kubo is Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA) Leader, MDS Dissemination Support Unit, Japan Disaster Relief Medical Team.
