Full 3 days conference pass/ Student full registration includes:

  • 3 Days Conference Pass (2 days lectures on January 15-16 and one day regional comprehensive drill on January 17)
  • Welcome cocktail reception (January 14), David InterContinental Hotel, Tel Aviv
  • Gala dinner (January 15), David InterContinental Hotel, Tel Aviv.
  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • All printed conference materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunches according to program

Discounted registration rates for groups:

Groups of 10-19 participants will receive a group discount of 10% on registration fees.

Groups of 20+ participants will receive a group discount of 15% on registration fees.

In order to enjoy the special group rate, the following criteria needs to be fulfilled:

  • Alphabetically ordered group list on an excel which includes all registrants prefix, full name, country, affiliation and contact details (phone, mobile phone & email address), state type of conference pass
  • One body pays for the entire group

Method of payment:

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the secretariat a bank transfer. Please note that bank transfer fees will apply. If using this method, please add $35 USD to your total to account for all transfer fees.

Payment for registration including accommodation must be made via credit card only.

 

Cancellation policy:

All requests for cancellations or changes must be electronically mailed to

IPRED V Conference Secretariat at ilanit@kld.ltd

 

Refund of fees will be as follows:

Postmarked before December 1st, 2017 – 100% refund (less $55 handling fees).

Postmarked December 1st, 2017 onwards – 50% of the total fees and one night accommodation amount.

No refund on cancellations after December 15, 2017.
