1. Cancellations received by October 18, 2026, will entitle the participant to a full refund of the registration fees paid, less any credit card processing fees actually charged, provided such fees were not refunded to the purchaser or the service provider.

2. Cancellations received between October 19, 2026, and October 29, 2026, will entitle the participant to a 50% refund.

3. Cancellations received on or after October 30, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.

4. If the conference is canceled or postponed due to war, a state of emergency, an order issued by a competent authority, or force majeure, participants will receive a full refund, less any credit card processing fees actually charged and not refunded to the purchaser.

Institutional Commitment

Payment by institutional commitment requires the submission of an official payment confirmation from the institution:
A purchase order (PO), or, if the institution does not work with purchase orders, a signed institutional commitment form.

The document must be submitted by October 29, 2026, in order to confirm the registration and issue an invoice.

It is the participant’s responsibility to coordinate with the institution’s accounting department, procurement department, or relevant representative, and to ensure that the invoice is issued accordingly.

Failure to submit the required document by the stated deadline, and failure to issue the invoice accordingly, will result in cancellation of the registration.
