How to Submit – Technical Guidelines
– Language: All ePosters must be written in English only, the official language of the conference.
– Display Format: The ePoster will be displayed on a 55-inch screen in portrait orientation (single page).
– File Format & Dimensions: The ePoster must be submitted as a PDF file, with dimensions of 1080 pixels (width) × 1600 pixels (height) (Vertical A4).
– Font Size & Type: Choose an appropriate font size according to the amount of content. Please use standard fonts to avoid technical issues.
– Headlines: Use clear, prominent headings to ensure readability.
– Videos & Multimedia: Videos and animations are not permitted. Only static PDF files will be accepted.
All ePosters will be uploaded to a dedicated digital platform, where participants can search for and view posters throughout the conference day.
Please note that individual display stations will not be assigned to each poster.
